MAY WAR REST IN PEACE

A big message brought in a small way. Art Director and Artist Jarr Geerligs created these miniature tombstone scenes in the city of Amsterdam. Some were located at famous war monuments. Like the statue of Anne Frank and the resistance monument across the Heineken brewery. Others on random spots around the city.

Chisel & Mouse in London were asked by Geerligs to execute his design of the tombstone in miniature size. Chisel & Mouse are known for their models of famous buildings like Battersea Power Station, Cincinnati Union Terminal and more.

Geerligs hopes to be able to place an oversized version somewhere someday. Like in front of the United Nations building in New York City.
